Relevant higher education of at least three years (e.g. a bachelor’s degree or equivalent) is required for all roles, with the field of study relevant to the position.

Experience from process industries is highly valued, together with an understanding of industrial operations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

1. Technical positions are open to candidates based in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Czechia, Germany, or the United Kingdom.
2. Non-technical positions require candidates to be based in Norway, preferably in the Bergen region.

AVEVA PI System Engineer

As a PI System Engineer, you will work with implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance of AVEVA PI System solutions. You’ll contribute to customer projects, build your technical expertise, and grow towards a customer-facing consulting role.

What you bring:  

1. 2+ years of hands-on experience with AVEVA PI System in application support, or technical project delivery, with an ambition to grow into an AVEVA PI System consulting role.
2. Familiarity with AVEVA PI System concepts, including information modelling, data contextualization, calculations, and integration of operational data from industrial systems.
3. Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and support PI System environments, working independently while collaborating with senior colleagues when needed.
4. Experience contributing to technical documentation, reusable templates, standards, or best practices to support consistent and high-quality delivery.

Senior AVEVA PI System Engineer

As a Senior PI System Engineer, you’ll lead the technical delivery of AVEVA PI System projects, helping customers get more value from their industrial data. You’ll take a leading role in project teams and help drive technical quality, best practices, and strong solutions across customer engagements.

What you bring:  

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting AVEVA PI System solutions in production environments.
2. Deep expertise in Asset Framework design, information modelling, Event Frames, analytics development, and the creation of standardized, scalable, and reusable PI System data models for industrial operations.
3. Proven ability to lead complex PI System implementations, upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization initiatives across multiple sites and environments.
4. Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, maintain business-critical PI System environments, and ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing operations.
5. Experience serving as Technical Lead for AVEVA PI System projects, driving implementation methodologies, technical standards, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.

Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you’ll design and architect AVEVA PI System solutions across the IT/OT landscape. You’ll define information models, data architectures and system integrations that connect industrial operations with enterprise systems, while guiding customers and project teams towards robust, scalable solutions.

What you bring:  

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with AVEVA PI System, including solution design, implementation and architecture in industrial environments.
2. Strong expertise in AVEVA PI System architecture, including Asset Framework, information models, asset hierarchies, data contextualization, analytics, and integrations.
3. Proven ability to translate customer requirements, business objectives and operational needs into scalable architectures, technical roadmaps and solution designs.
4. Experience leading technical workshops, architectural discussions and design decisions with customers, partners and multidisciplinary technical teams.
5. Experience establishing architecture principles, solution standards, integration patterns and governance practices to ensure secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of customer projects and contribute to managing our project portfolio, from planning and resource management to financial performance and completion. You’ll be a trusted partner to our customers, coordinate project teams and stakeholders, and ensure our projects meet their success criteria and deliver measurable business value.

What you bring:  

1. Minimum 3 years of experience working with customer projects, with exposure to scope, schedules, resources, risk management, and project delivery.
2. Experience delivering industrial software, automation, or other digitalization projects.
3. Experience working directly with customers, consultants, partners, and technical teams, including facilitating workshops, managing expectations, and building trusted customer relationships.
4. Experience applying project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
5. Experience or a strong interest in taking responsibility for multiple projects, including resource planning, prioritization, and reporting.
